Pastor Lisa grew up learning about the Lord as young as she can remember. Her mom used the Bible as a reader to teach her both English and Spanish before she got to first grade.

She has traveled to Latin America on three evangelism mission trips: twice to Mexico and once to Costa Rica. In the late 80's, she led Spanish services at New Freedom MCC in Houston, Texas and has also assisted Pastor Ronnie with Spanish services in Phoenix.

Pastor Lisa has been active in Bible teaching since 1985 in Houston, Texas, Lake Charles, Louisiana and presently in Phoenix, Arizona. She has authored the booklet "He Loves You No Matter What They Say!" The booklet is available free of charge online at www.christiangay.com, a website she and her spouse, Dee, have owned and operated since 1997.

She has served on the Council of Elders at Casa de Cristo since December 1999 with an extended leave of absence for training following the loss of most of her eyesight in October 2000. Though legally blind, she has not lost her vision for Bible teaching, discipleship and one-to-one evangelism. She was ordained by the Presbytery of Casa de Cristo on August 28, 2005 and currently serves as the Associate Pastor overseeing the ministry of Growth & Development as well as overseeing our Translation Services.
