Busting Myths

Casa de Cristo is putting together a new Young Adult group (whatever to 25) and wants you to be a part of it.

We want to create a supportive, open atmosphere were we can explore and learn about how the LGBTQQ community can relate to the Bible and Christianity. A place where we can destroy some myths and each come to our own conclusions.

This will be the first meeting and we're looking for input on how best to meet these goals...

• Create a welcoming, supportive, and open atmosphere

• Open to all genders, gender identities, and orientations

• Creating a safe space where people can explore and come to their own conclusions about God and Love and their place in all this.

We are meeting at Casa De Cristo Church, 1029 E Turney Ave. in Phoenix (just north of Indian School between 7th & 12th Sts.) on Saturday, Sept. 17th at 6:30 pm. [map]

If you identify as Christian or are just curious about the whole thing, please come check it out. We will have pizza and cokes, and are looking forward to an interesting evening.
